PC-EFTPOS has a dedicated support service in place for all PC-EFTPOS related enquiries. The help desk is operational during normal business hours. The help desk is setup to provide support in the following areas:
- POS vendor development support.
- 2nd level support for POS vendors with merchant problems.
- Installation and setup support.
- Follow up on PC-EFTPOS orders, and warranty repairs
We offer Support over the phone or via email. Our office hours are:

||10.00am – 3.00pm (AEDST)
This 1st level support will include public holidays with the exception of Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
